2024년 봄학기 개강 안내

덴마크 한글학교에서 2024년 봄 학기 수강신청 안내 드립니다.
Registration for the Spring semester 2024 at Denmark Korean School is open.

2월 3일 개강식으로 시작하고6월 1일 종강식으로 마무리되며 총15주(토요일9:30-12:30) 수업 예정입니다.
Spring semester starts on the 3rd of Feb. and ends 1st of June after having 15 weeks of fun Saturday at the school. (9:30-12:30)

수강 신청 Registration

이전 학기 (2023년 가을학기)에 수강하신 분이 계속해서 수강하고자 할 경우,
- 2024년 봄학기 수강신청의 우선권을 갖고, 자리는 이미 예약되어 있습니다.
- 학교측에서 학생들의 수준을 이해하고 있으므로, 수강료를 지불하여 주시면 수강신청이 완료 됩니다.
- 자리 예약은12월 27일까지 지속되며, 이후에는 우선권이 해제되고 새로운 수강 신청자에게 기회가 주어지게 됩니다.
- 수강신청시 만일 학급이동에 대한 의견 및 기타 건의 사항이 있으시면, 학교에 알려 주세요.
For those who attended a class in the fall semester 2023 and wants to continue in the spring semester 2024,
- You have a priority to take a seat for the spring semester 2024.
- Your seat is already booked, and we understand your level of language skills and therefore, your enrolment is completed when paying the tuition fee. Simple.
- Your seat is reserved until the 27th of Dec. and thereafter, unfilled seat will be released to new students.
- Any questions, please write to school

이번 학기에 새롭게 수강 신청을 할 경우, In case of new registration (new student),
아래 표에서 반의 종류와 등록신청 가능한 인원을 파악해주세요. 빨간색 네모안에 신청가능한 자리수가 표시되어 있습니다. (파란색 네모안에 지난학기 수강 신청자의 명단이 있고, 그 학생들은12월 27일까지 수강신청 우선권이 있습니다.)
Please check the number of seats that are available for registration in each class from the figure below. Available number of seats for sign-up are shown in the red box. The seats in blue box are booked for the students from previous semester until 27th of Dec. and will be released for new students if not filled.
예) 병아리반의 경우 2자리가 남아 있습니다. Ex.) 3 seats are available in Greenfinch class.

새로운 수강생 (그리고 예약된 수강신청이 채워지지 않은경우)의 등록 기간은1월 7일까지 입니다.
Deadline for new enrolment (and for unfilled seats from reserved ones) is the 7th of Jan. 2024.

이미 가동중인 여섯개의 반의 정원 이상의 수요가 있을때는 새로운 반1개를 추가개설(어린이반 혹은 성인반) 할수 있습니다. 단 최소6명의 학생이 있어야 하고, 한국어 능력이 비슷한 수준이어야 합니다. 수강신청에 관심있으시면, 학교에 문의해 주세요. 보여주시는 관심의 크기와 방향에 따라 봄학기 학교 운영을 준비토록 하겠습니다.
If all current classes have been filled and there are still enough number of requests to sign up for a class, there is a possibility to open a new class. However, there must be min. 6 enrolments (either children or adults) and at a similar level. So please send in your registrations or interest to join to the school. Then we will see what can be done.

새로 신청하는 학생의 경우, 선택하신 반과 학생의 한글능력이 부합되지 않아 수업 참여에 어려움이 있을 경우가 있습니다. 그럴 경우, 개학후 초기4주 내에 선생님 그리고 부모님의 동의하에 반이 재조정될수 있음을 알려드립니다. It takes time to adopt to new linguistic and cultural environment. We will do our best to make your kids feel comfortable. And it’s
possible to navigate different possibilities during the first 4 weeks which could be discussed and arranged after agreement with teachers.

수강료 Tuition fee

수강료는 1,200 DKK 입니다.
가족 구성원 중 형제, 자매 같이 등록시200DKK 할인 됩니다. 둘째1000DKK, 셋째800DKK
처음 4주내에 수강신청 취소가 가능하며, 수강하신 횟수에 해당하는 금액을 제하고 수강료를 환불해 드립니다.
Tuition fee is 1200DKK.
For more than one registration from the same household, there is a discount of 200DKK for each registration. So 1000DKK for nr.2 and 800DKK for nr.3 etc.
Those who may regret the registration within the first 4 weeks will get a refund after deducting the price according to the amount of attendance. (80DKK per Saturday) No refund after the week #4.

For new registration, please write your (or student’s) name and the Class ID when paying.
- 지난학기에 이어 이번학기에도 신청하시는 분은, 수강료 지불시 신청자(또는 학생) 이름만 기입해 주시면 됩니다.
For continuing registration, please just write your (or student’s) name when paying. No more is needed.
